As Eurovision-fever hits Liverpool this week and thousands of people descend on the city, our United for Ukraine key workers have been invited to the Eurovision Village to join the celebrations and be on hand to support Ukrainian nationals who are looking to find employment and education in the UK.

We have partnered with data intelligence platform Red Flag Alert, to launch ‘Growth Flag’ - which can help you find growing businesses or sectors across the UK. The online tool will itself be the headline sponsor of this month’s Convention of the North in Manchester - where it will also be launched.

Our United for Ukraine initiative is making a difference to people’s lives
Since the launch in April, The Growth Company has directly helped over 600 Ukrainians with a dedicated support service, helping many find employment. Tim Jeffrey, Partnership and Integration Manager, reflects on how we’ve made this happen, but explains there's more work to do.
